How do I find the starting bids for a parcel?

Depending on the auction type (bid up/bid down), the Face Amount listed will show you the starting amount for Bid Up auctions.  For Bid Down auctions, typically bidders are bidding down the interest rate return on investment the bidder is willing to accept on the delinquent taxes, interest, costs and charges.
