# How do I research the properties?

These are buyer beware sales, buyers can check out  the county's GIS site or www.in.gov/gis/.  Some of the county offices could also be helpful and the assessor's office usually has information about the parcel as well. It could also be helpful if the buyer drives by the property just to get an idea of what and where it is. It's up to the buyer to complete all research.
