What are the payment terms for the online tax title sale in which I want to bid?

You must pay the amount(s) of your bid(s) in a form of funds acceptable to the political subdivision under which the sale is held before the deadline established by the political subdivision. You may not pay your bid(s) in installments. Payment terms are available in the specific Rules of Sale for each online auction.
