What do I do if a winning bidder does not pay?

If a winning bidder does not pay by your deadline, please contact our office immediately.

If a winning bidder does not pay and has not contacted you to set up a plan for paying late, please contact our office immediately.  We will contact the law firm and give them the choice between offering the property to the next highest bidder or allowing the property to go back to their client at the minimum bid.

There may be action taken against the bidder who doesn't pay by the law firm if there is a deficiency.
