What does server/laptop time mismatch mean?

When you login to the Zeus Auction System, it performs a checks to compare the server clock against your local device. If they are not in sync, you'll receive the mismatch warning. This is simply additional information provided to you to help you better manage your bidding, should you choose to place bids towards the end of the auction.

The system does not automatically refresh the page with updated bid information. The bidder would need to refresh the browser manually in order to see the latest information. The countdown timer on the property detail page should not be confused for a browser page refresh.
