What happens if a property owner files bankruptcy before the auction?

Property of a bankruptcy debtor subject to the automatic stay provided for under federal bankruptcy laws will be not be offered in the auction. If property is included in the auction and sold despite the pending bankruptcy litigation, the sale must be nullified.
