What is the refund policy?

Any auction hosted by SRI on this site is a buyer beware sale. There are no refunds. All sales are final and all property is sold AS IS. Neither SRI nor the political subdivision under which each auction is conducted make any covenants, promises, warranties or representations of any kind regarding the property. If you are unsure of what you are bidding on, you should not submit any bids.
