# When are Iowa tax sales?

## when will Iowa counties conduct their online tax sale

Iowa law requires that the sale be held on the third Monday in June.  With the recent recognition of Juneteenth, the third Monday in June will often be the date recognized as the Holiday, making the following Tuesday the tax sale date in those counties.
