When can I take possession of the property?

Once the Decree Confirming Sale has been entered by the court and recorded with the Register,

you will be the owner of the property. At that point, if any occupants are unwilling to leave

voluntarily you will need to institute eviction proceedings against the occupants of the property

to remove them. This process is not done automatically through the tax sale.
