When do I have to pay if I win a parcel at auction?

Each county sets its own payment terms. The payment terms will be provided to you during the registration process. Lien buyers must pay the amount of their bids in a form of funds (this is usually in the form of certified funds) or other payment acceptable to the county and by the deadline established (usually this will be the same day), in the rules of the auction.
