# When does an auction batch start?

Some auctions are broken into multiple batches. This is done to break the items into smaller groups for easier bidding. You will find the opening and closing times for each batch in the auction overview. From the item list, you will find which batch an item is in and what times the bidding opens and closes.

TIP:  The item list can be filtered by batch to make browsing the parcels easier.
