When will I receive my deed?

The law firm is responsible for creating your deed. Once the deed is prepared and sent to us, depending on the county, we will either execute the deed and mail it to you, or forward it to the Sheriff's Department and they will execute the deed and contact you for when it is ready to be picked up. Typically, this process takes 2-3 weeks.
