Is there a registration fee?

There is typically a nonrefundable registration fee that each bidder must pay to participate in each Iowa Tax Sale. The registration fee will not be credited towards your purchase price. The registration fee for each auction is nonrefundable regardless of whether you purchase any tax liens in each auction.
